Herbal care begins with you.

Chinese herbal medicine traditionally uses combinations of herbs selected for the individual. Your consultation looks at your main concerns alongside your sleep, digestion, energy, health history, and daily routines.

Together, we’ll discuss your goals and whether an herbal plan makes sense as part of your care.

Meet your herbalist

Cory Shamblin is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, and a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS. His approach makes space for questions, clear explanations, and care that fits your everyday life.

Questions are welcome.

What will we discuss at the first visit?

Your concerns, health history, current medications and supplements, and what you hope to get from care. Bring a current medication and supplement list.

What does taking herbs involve?

The preparation, directions, and follow-up plan depend on the recommendation. You’ll receive instructions specific to your formula.

What if I take medication or receive fertility care?

Let Cory know about all medications and treatments, and whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive. Whether herbs are appropriate needs an individual review and may involve coordination with your medical team.
