Our Services

New patients begin with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation and treatment, allowing time for an in-depth health history, evaluation and personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up appointments are typically 45-60 minutes and focus on tracking progress and adjusting care as your needs evolve.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses thin, sterile needles placed at specific points on the body to encourage the body's natural healing response. Treatment may help reduce pain, calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support overall well-being.

Herbal Therapy

Chinese herbal medicine uses individualized combinations of herbs to address your specific symptoms and underlying patterns. Formulas can complement acupuncture or be used as a treatment on their own.

Cupping
